ONCE A DJ
Join Adam Gow aka DJ Wax On as he speaks to DJs from a range of countries, and genres, about how they first got into DJing, and the journey it’s taken them on. The conversations then go in all sorts of directions, looking at abstract approaches to creative thinking, business and marketing, forks in the road, how to stay enjoying DJing, and how to know when enough is enough. And in these conversations some quite personal experiences come up - because without these experiences and their learnings, we don’t grow as people.
ABOUT THE HOST
Adam Gow (DJ Wax On) Started DJing in the early 2000’s, and has DJ’d across the UK. He had to step away from DJing for a few years, but then realised what a big part of his life it had been - it’s been responsible for so many good times and brought a lot of great people into his life, and taught him a lot of business and life lessons. And so when he returned to the decks on new terms, he wanted to speak to other DJs about how the relationship with the art has been for them over the years since they first put needle to record.
